Democratic Decision-Making for Key Objectives, Deep Discussions for Joint Development

      The second president's work meeting of the seventh session of the Tianjin Environmental Decoration Association was held on April 25, 2024, at the vice president office, Jinzhu Aluminum (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. A total of 31 people attended the meeting, including the association president Linxi Xu, representatives from vice president office, and relevant staff from the secretariat. The meeting was presided over by the association's supervisor Yongfu Zhao.

      As the meeting commenced, the chairman of Jinzhu Aluminum (Tianjin) Co., Ltd., Yangxian Yang, delivered the welcome speech. The company holds a significant market share domestically and is well-known, with products exported to more than 20 countries and regions.       Following the discussions, President Linxi Xu delivered the closing speech. He emphasized that enterprises should use a pragmatic and efficient work attitude as a foundation, prove their effectiveness with actual results, and continuously drive the enterprises to develop further. He particularly highlighted the importance of excellence evaluation work, believing that it not only brings a sense of honor to the work but also allows for precise guidance from experts to further enhance the professional capabilities of technical personnel. Linxi Xu also pointed out the necessity of communication and cooperation between upstream and downstream enterprises. This will help them to strengthen, understand and support each other, and will form a solid mutual understanding, ensuring precise coordination and efficient operation at every stage. He stressed that such cooperation not only helps improve the competitiveness of enterprises but is also crucial for their development.
