The project is located on the east side of Youth Street in Shenhe District, Shenyang City, at the core of the Shenyang Golden Corridor landmark. The project consists of 10 residential towers, 4 commercial towers, and 2 apartment towers, which will be intertwined with the completed Corporate Plaza and Kerry Parkside, perfectly integrating Kerry Properties' design philosophy of creating a high-quality neighborhood courtyard space.
